or

The Kevala Centre currently offers two courses in Aromatherapy, including the first “fully registerable” course studied partly by distance learning.

This is mapped to the Core Curriculum
of the lead body for UK aromatherapy: the Aromatherapy Council. It enables the
student to join professional bodies and regulators upon completion of the full
programme (includes 6 mandatory tutorials/GLH). The course consists of 9 modules
including 3 Anatomy, Physiology & Pathology modules and 2 generic modules.
Those students who do not
wish to register with the Aromatherapy Council need only study the Home study
element with case studies, and attend 1 tutorial weekend, in order to practice
as an Aromatherapist and obtain professional indemnity insurance. (This applies
throughout the United Kingdom but may vary in other countries).
